Each item is hand-packed with care and attention, then sent to you in discreet outer packaging with no mention of ONA Jewellers on the outside. So if you’re ordering a gift, or planning a surprise, you can be safe in the knowledge it will remain a secret!

Standard Delivery

Free on orders over £50, £2.99 on orders under £50

  • Delivery estimate is 2-3 working days for orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday)
  • Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail or courier
  • You will be notified when your order has been dispatched and provided with a tracking link

Next Day Delivery

Free on orders over £200, £7.99 on orders under £200

  • Order before 2pm Monday to Friday for next day delivery
  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday should be delivered on Tuesday
  • Your order will be delivered by RoyalMail and will require a signature upon delivery
  • You will be notified when your order has been dispatched and provided with a tracking link

  • Please note, not all of our items will be available for next day delivery.

    We cannot guarantee Next Day delivery to the Republic of Ireland, European and International countries.

    *Next day delivery in the following places will take 2 days:  Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Scilly Isles. Scottish Islands will take 2-5 days.

Click and Collect In-Store

Free on all items

  • Pick up in as little as 3 hours
  • We will hold the item for 3 days
  • For security reasons, only the person who placed the order may collect it from in-store. You are required to bring the card used to pay for the order along with the order number.

Republic of Ireland, European and International Delivery

  • Delivery to the Republic of Ireland is £10, and will be delivered within 5 working days.
  • Delivery to European Countries is £15, and will be delivered within 5-7 working days.
  • Delivery to International Countries is £20, and will be delivered within 7-10 working days.
  • Please note, delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on local postal service. Please allow extra time for public holidays.
  • All items will require a signature upon delivery.
