How can I exchange an order?Patrick McGranaghanWe can accept exchanges of online purchases via post or instore, within 14 days of the original purchase date. Please see our Returns Policy for further details.
How do I know what size of ring to buy?Patrick McGranaghan
If you're not sure what size ring you need, don't worry! We can convert any US or European size to UK ring size. Or, you can always download our ring size guide here.
How long are your vouchers valid?Patrick McGranaghan
Our Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. So if you're looking for the perfect gift, consider a voucher from us!
How long does a repair take?Patrick McGranaghan
We can do some minor repairs on the spot. If they need to be sent to our workshop, the turnaround time is 5 days depending on the day its left in. Some repairs may take longer but you would be advised at the time of booking it in.
How long does engraving take?Patrick McGranaghan
It usually takes 48 hours to engrave an item. However, we can try to rush the order for you if you need it sooner. Just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
How long does it take to receive a refund/exchange?Patrick McGranaghanIf the exchange is in-store and we have the item in stock we can complete the exchange immediately. Via post, it can take up to 10 days however we will endeavour to process it in as fast a turnaround as possible. A refund can take up to 5 days, the billing cycle of your Card provider will dictate when you receive it into your account.

We can engrave the exterior of most metal items! This includes things like photo frames, medals, and more. If you have something special that you would like to have engraved, please let us know. We would be happy to help make your vision a reality.
